  • Ensure complete online broker files are maintained for all transactions.
  • Review high volumes of documents continuously for completeness.
  • Maintain high accuracy rates in document review.
  • Study and memorize internal training guides.
  • Cross-reference information across training materials as needed.
  • Respond quickly to emails and messages.
  • Adapt to the needs of the broker and team by following set procedures.
