Responsibilities
- Ensure complete online broker files are maintained for all transactions.
- Review high volumes of documents continuously for completeness.
- Maintain high accuracy rates in document review.
- Study and memorize internal training guides.
- Cross-reference information across training materials as needed.
- Respond quickly to emails and messages.
- Adapt to the needs of the broker and team by following set procedures.
