Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents.
- Identify and manage contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely closing.
- Collaborate with agent services and third parties to ensure compliance documentation.
- Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide continuous updates.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for agents and clients through closing.
- Execute full end-to-end transaction processing including expense entry and commission payments.
