Responsibilities

  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents.
  • Identify and manage contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely closing.
  • Collaborate with agent services and third parties to ensure compliance documentation.
  • Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide continuous updates.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for agents and clients through closing.
  • Execute full end-to-end transaction processing including expense entry and commission payments.
