Requirements

- Ability to manage end-to-end workflows and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, and quality assurance.
- Adaptability to manage competing demands and frequent changes.
Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents.
- Identify and manage the contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely closing.
- Collaborate with agent services and third parties to ensure documentation compliance.
- Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide continuous updates.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders through closing.
- Execute full end-to-end transaction processing, including expense entry and commission calculations.
- Resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate agent payouts.
- Prioritize service to agents and clients with a positive attitude.
