Responsibilities

  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents.
  • Identify and manage the contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely closing.
  • Collaborate with agent services and third parties to ensure documentation compliance.
  • Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide continuous updates.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders through closing.
  • Execute full end-to-end transaction processing, including expense entry and commission calculations.
  • Resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate agent payouts.
  • Prioritize service to agents and clients with a positive attitude.
