Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or acquired technical discipline.
- 10+ years related work experience in assigned territory.
- Understanding of energy-related products (finished lubricants, additives, grease, engine coolants, filters).
- Experience with sales, marketing, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Critical thinking skills and persuasiveness capability.
- Computer literacy and ability to enhance business processes.
- Ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Commitment to continuing education and product training.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic growth plans in conjunction with the strategies of both distributor and GROWMARK, Inc.
- Learn GROWMARK Lubricants go-to-market technology and marketing platform.
- Co-manage relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead liaison between distribution network and GROWMARK.
- Responsible for meeting sales goals.
- Assist in developing, training, motivating, expanding, and evaluating distribution networks.
- Maintain a direct working relationship with distribution network and GROWMARK sales and support teams.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews.
