Requirements
- 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration experience
- Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Experience in Field Service Management (FSM)
- Experience with Service Portal
- Experience with Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services
- Experience with AppEngine Studio
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) preferred
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Engage as a primary architect on projects to set technical direction
- Lead development teams to implement client solutions
- Participate in and lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment
- Manage technical deliverables related to configurations and integrations
- Engage as a primary technical point of contact with executive level clients
- Support business development and pre-sales activities as technical lead
- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
