Requirements
- Seasoned Business Analyst with at least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow customers
- Strong communicator capable of working directly with client stakeholders
- Strongly skilled at relationship building and business process improvements
- Experienced in requirements gathering and defining ideal client solutions
- Experience supporting organizational change management
- Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project methodologies
- Familiar with basic administration of the ServiceNow platform (CSA preferred)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Responsibilities
- Work with client stakeholders and other team members to gather requirements and translate them for technical delivery
- Assist with, and coordinate, client demos, testing, and workshops to ensure a seamless project lifecycle
- Advocate for quality and change management
- Keep ServiceNow industry standards at the core of work
- Provide extensive, continuous documentation
- Develop a keen understanding of implemented solutions and customer business
