Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience engineering and supporting enterprise Windows and hybrid cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online (mail flow, SMTP, DNS, security).
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive configuration and migration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and hybrid identity.
- Strong experience supporting virtualized environments including AWS, VMware vSphere, and Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, firewalls).
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute enterprise technology integration and migration projects for newly acquired organizations.
- Perform enterprise email migrations from Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, and other platforms into Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Migrate and consolidate enterprise data from M365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, and file servers into SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage DNS migrations, domain consolidations, and public DNS infrastructure within AWS Route 53.
- Assess and document existing server infrastructure, enterprise applications, and identity platforms.
- Support migration of on-premises infrastructure and services into AWS cloud environments.
- Deploy and manage CrowdStrike Falcon agents for cybersecurity hardening.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and security issues.
- Provide post-migration support and stabilization during critical transition periods.
