Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategic technical direction and engineering best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.
- Oversee architecture and technical decisions for scalable, secure solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent.
- Lead adoption of Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native practices.
- Establish robust QA and automation strategies.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
- Define KPIs to measure team performance and operational effectiveness.
