Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
- Demonstrated success leading RFx processes, negotiations, and structured contract agreements independently.
- Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier risk management principles.
- Experience using sourcing and contract management platforms (e.g., ZIP, Ironclad, Ariba, or similar).
- Strong analytical and process management mindset.
- Executive-ready communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing events and negotiations across assigned categories (>$25M annual value), including People/HR technology and related services.
- Drive negotiation planning and stakeholder alignment for renewals, new initiatives, and competitive events.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, FP&A, and business leaders to execute structured agreements and manage risk.
- Build supplier relationships that optimize value, service levels, and enterprise risk.
- Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation, and performance improvement opportunities through spend analysis and market benchmarking.
- Support Supplier Business Reviews, scorecarding, and governance processes.
- Provide sourcing roadmap updates and category insights to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Support M&A integration efforts within your assigned portfolio as needed.
