Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client success functions.
  • At least 3 years leading a customer success, operations, or a strategy team.
  • Track record of scaling clients from $50K ARR to $250K+ ARR.
  • Background in digital health, ideally with new care models and provider-facing technology.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and EMR integrations.
  • Experience managing executive-level commercial relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collect and present meaningful data.
  • Strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% for client meetings and trade shows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for growing existing accounts and upselling new products.
  • Set and achieve target benchmarks, establishing quotas and metrics for client success.
  • Drive provider adoption and facilitate change-management to drive growth and volume.
  • Oversee a large portfolio of clients, including leading physical therapy and orthopedic practices.
  • Lead client success team members and manage the company’s largest accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client lifecycle, from implementation to renewals.
  • Build trust and identify risk areas to prevent churn.
  • Gather client feedback to optimize product experience.
  • Drive key performance indicators including health outcomes and revenue.
  • Manage and scale a team of 2-4 individuals.
