Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client success functions.
- At least 3 years leading a customer success, operations, or a strategy team.
- Track record of scaling clients from $50K ARR to $250K+ ARR.
- Background in digital health, ideally with new care models and provider-facing technology.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and EMR integrations.
- Experience managing executive-level commercial relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collect and present meaningful data.
- Strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% for client meetings and trade shows.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for growing existing accounts and upselling new products.
- Set and achieve target benchmarks, establishing quotas and metrics for client success.
- Drive provider adoption and facilitate change-management to drive growth and volume.
- Oversee a large portfolio of clients, including leading physical therapy and orthopedic practices.
- Lead client success team members and manage the company’s largest accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client lifecycle, from implementation to renewals.
- Build trust and identify risk areas to prevent churn.
- Gather client feedback to optimize product experience.
- Drive key performance indicators including health outcomes and revenue.
- Manage and scale a team of 2-4 individuals.
