Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cohesively in an international, asynchronous remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-Suite.
  • Aptitude for process optimization, automation, and AI applications.
  • Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and assist Senior Specialists on complex projects.
  • Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters including Family Leave, Sick Leave, Time Tracking, Public Holidays, and Working Time.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and labor law interpretations.
  • Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Time & Attendance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
  • Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
