Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively in an international, asynchronous remote environment.
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-Suite.
- Aptitude for process optimization, automation, and AI applications.
- Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and assist Senior Specialists on complex projects.
- Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters including Family Leave, Sick Leave, Time Tracking, Public Holidays, and Working Time.
- Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and labor law interpretations.
- Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
- Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Time & Attendance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
- Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
