Requirements
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events and legal compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively in a fast-paced, remote team.
- Aptitude for innovation, process optimization, and AI tools.
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work asynchronously.
- Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and support complex projects.
- Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters including Family Leave, Sick Leave, and Time Tracking.
- Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and Collective Bargaining Agreement updates.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies.
- Assist in HR and financial audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Time & Attendance.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and product development opportunities.
- Maintain employee data integrity and handle confidential information.
