Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong GAAP accounting knowledge.
- Experience managing an accounting team.
- GST and Income tax compliance experience.
- Proficiency with Netsuite.
- Experience managing audits.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee core finance operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Fixed Assets.
- Ensure timely period-end closure of books and review MIS and financial reports.
- Review and monitor the internal financial controls framework.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA regulations.
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliances, including filings and audits.
- Manage quarterly and year-end financial close under Indian GAAP (IGAAP).
- Act as the single point of contact for statutory audits.
- Drive process improvements by streamlining internal finance workflows.
