Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–8 years of experience in payroll, finance systems, or ERP-related roles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft 9.2 and payroll accounting modules.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll and finance process integrations.
- Experience working in global, matrixed, and virtual team environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in structured, detail-oriented processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy and stability of data integrations across PayDay, Workday, ADP, and related financial systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate employee labor allocations, billing accuracy, and reimbursable status.
- Support and oversee recurring payroll-related processes, ensuring timely execution of all PayDay system activities.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for queries related to core PayDay processes and system interactions.
- Partner with Global Process Owners and CoEs to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across payroll and related systems.
- Maintain and update process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials across finance workflows.
- Assist in data migration validation and governance across reporting and enterprise systems.
- Promote consistency and best practices across global teams to improve efficiency and process reliability.
