Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–8 years of experience in payroll, finance systems, or ERP-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft 9.2 and payroll accounting modules.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll and finance process integrations.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed, and virtual team environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in structured, detail-oriented processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy and stability of data integrations across PayDay, Workday, ADP, and related financial systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to validate employee labor allocations, billing accuracy, and reimbursable status.
  • Support and oversee recurring payroll-related processes, ensuring timely execution of all PayDay system activities.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for queries related to core PayDay processes and system interactions.
  • Partner with Global Process Owners and CoEs to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across payroll and related systems.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials across finance workflows.
  • Assist in data migration validation and governance across reporting and enterprise systems.
  • Promote consistency and best practices across global teams to improve efficiency and process reliability.
