Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in CX Operations, Implementation Operations, or Business Operations
  • Strong experience supporting Implementation or Customer Experience teams
  • Advanced expertise in KPI design, operational reporting, and data validation
  • Hands-on experience administering work management systems (Wrike strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of B2B operational and financial concepts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational subject matter expert for CX and Implementation workflows
  • Own operational reporting and analytics, delivering leadership-ready dashboards and KPI frameworks
  • Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs and knowledge repositories
  • Serve as the Wrike system steward, managing workflows and platform governance
  • Partner with Salesforce, Confluence, and Finance teams to ensure cross-platform alignment
  • Translate business needs into structured technical requirements
  • Support operational intake and roadmap prioritization
