Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in CX Operations, Implementation Operations, or Business Operations
- Strong experience supporting Implementation or Customer Experience teams
- Advanced expertise in KPI design, operational reporting, and data validation
- Hands-on experience administering work management systems (Wrike strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Confluence
- Strong understanding of B2B operational and financial concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Act as the operational subject matter expert for CX and Implementation workflows
- Own operational reporting and analytics, delivering leadership-ready dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs and knowledge repositories
- Serve as the Wrike system steward, managing workflows and platform governance
- Partner with Salesforce, Confluence, and Finance teams to ensure cross-platform alignment
- Translate business needs into structured technical requirements
- Support operational intake and roadmap prioritization
