Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles within SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and order management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, along with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, and sales conversion performance.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functional with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, including deal structuring, approvals, pricing governance, and accurate order management execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across deal execution, policies, and operational workflows.
  • Support annual planning activities such as territory design, segmentation, capacity planning, and quota setting.
  • Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deal trends, and overall sales performance through reporting and dashboards.
  • Manage deal desk intake, prioritization, and escalation processes while ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal policies.
  • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and related systems, ensuring accuracy in reporting and operational consistency.
  • Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations workflows and drive process improvements in collaboration with Business Systems and cross-functional teams.
