Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, finance operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales support processes, order fulfillment, or revenue operations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Good knowledge of business finance fundamentals is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, remote, and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for technology resale opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales teams, including creation of client offers, deal registrations, and vendor coordination.
  • Track and manage required documentation, approvals, purchase orders, and invoicing processes in alignment with internal policies.
  • Maintain and update pipeline data for resale opportunities using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Coordinate and communicate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth process flow.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales and financial procedures throughout the resale lifecycle.
  • Monitor transaction progress and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales operations processes and documentation practices.
