Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in revenue accounting and revenue recognition.
- Strong expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and US GAAP principles.
- Experience reviewing complex contracts and applying accounting judgment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and US-based business environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- NetSuite and FloQast experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational accounting activities with a strong focus on revenue recognition.
- Support the development and maintenance of revenue recognition policies aligned with US GAAP (ASC 606).
- Review and assess complex or non-standard customer contracts.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across revenue, cost of sales, AR, and commissions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Handle ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
