Requirements
- 20 hours of consistent weekly availability
- Availability during U.S. business hours
- Firsthand experience with scholarships and the college financial process
- Working familiarity with FAFSA and scholarship essays
- Experience in customer support, community management, or coaching
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfort hosting live video calls
- Tech-savvy (Circle, Google Suite, Notion, AI tools)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a small remote team
Responsibilities
- Welcome new members and moderate the community
- Respond to member questions and DMs daily
- Handle member cancellations and refunds
- Host live member sessions and coaching calls
- Review scholarship essays and provide actionable feedback
- Draft content including newsletters and YouTube scripts
- Request and manage customer testimonials
- Propose and implement member experience improvements
- Support the CEO with podcast interview logistics
- Analyze member feedback and report trends to leadership
