Requirements

  • 20 hours of consistent weekly availability
  • Availability during U.S. business hours
  • Firsthand experience with scholarships and the college financial process
  • Working familiarity with FAFSA and scholarship essays
  • Experience in customer support, community management, or coaching
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfort hosting live video calls
  • Tech-savvy (Circle, Google Suite, Notion, AI tools)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a small remote team

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new members and moderate the community
  • Respond to member questions and DMs daily
  • Handle member cancellations and refunds
  • Host live member sessions and coaching calls
  • Review scholarship essays and provide actionable feedback
  • Draft content including newsletters and YouTube scripts
  • Request and manage customer testimonials
  • Propose and implement member experience improvements
  • Support the CEO with podcast interview logistics
  • Analyze member feedback and report trends to leadership
