Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biomedical imaging, IT, business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Prefer experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Medical IT, imaging, hospitals, clinics, cardiology, radiology or a complex B2B environment
- Knowledge of complex market/channel structures
- Experience in leading teams directly or by influence
- International business experience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maximize order intake, sales and customer satisfaction
- Develop strong customer relationships and ensure long-term account profitability
- Create and implement the regional sales and channel partner strategy
- Define sales plans, sales forecasts and achievement of sales targets
- Manage key account relationships at multiple levels
- Maintain Salesforce CRM and analyze win & loss deals
- Coordinate with operations, marketing and product specialists
- Represent Medis at trade shows, on-site demonstrations and presentations
