Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biomedical imaging, IT, business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Prefer experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Medical IT, imaging, hospitals, clinics, cardiology, radiology or a complex B2B environment
  • Knowledge of complex market/channel structures
  • Experience in leading teams directly or by influence
  • International business experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maximize order intake, sales and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strong customer relationships and ensure long-term account profitability
  • Create and implement the regional sales and channel partner strategy
  • Define sales plans, sales forecasts and achievement of sales targets
  • Manage key account relationships at multiple levels
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM and analyze win & loss deals
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing and product specialists
  • Represent Medis at trade shows, on-site demonstrations and presentations
