Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in IT, preferably an MBA.
- 5-8 years of experience in business development across APAC markets.
- Strong exposure to multi-country sales and regional leadership.
- Strong understanding of channel development, partnerships, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all commercial activities across the APAC region to expand market presence.
- Connect with corporates, government entities, and professional organizations to grow awareness and market share of PeopleCert products.
- Work closely with partner organizations across APAC to drive sales of PRINCE2 and other portfolio products.
- Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts across multiple countries.
- Drive B2B market penetration through a target-driven sales strategy.
- Coordinate with global teams while adapting to regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Plan and organize personal and regional sales strategy to maximize ROI.
- Monitor performance against targets and report to Headquarters.
- Represent PeopleCert in regional events, forums, and exhibitions.
