- Provide technical guidance and support for complex project scenarios.
- Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Monitor service level performance and report against KPIs.
- Handle major global escalations as the primary subject matter expert.
