Requirements
- Computer Science or Engineering focused undergraduate or master degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership of one or more engineering teams in organizations from startup to scaled
- Demonstrated software management skills including design, feature prioritization, and operations
- Experience with successful deployment/release management
- Proven experience building customer-focused products
- Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and goals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead and build engineering teams to deliver MarTech solutions
- Develop technical strategy using Agile/Scrum, cloud platforms, and systems architecture
- Oversee migration strategies from third-party marketing tools to in-house solutions
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align delivery with customer needs
- Drive weekly 'Sales Performance' sessions and operating reviews
- Lead project planning, sprint management, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineering staff
- Manage technical operations and system reliability
