Requirements
- 15+ years of post-sale client management experience
- Experience leading high-touch enterprise or strategic accounts
- Bachelor's degree required
- Technical acumen to connect client goals with product abilities
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to provide strategic guidance
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve business outcomes
- Conduct business outcome planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Increase product adoption and utilization to ensure renewals
- Identify and address renewal risk and product adoption roadblocks
- Monitor client usage data and health indicators
- Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure SLA/KPI delivery
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product enhancements
