  • Experience leading high-touch enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Technical acumen to connect client goals with product abilities
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to provide strategic guidance
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve business outcomes
  • Conduct business outcome planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Increase product adoption and utilization to ensure renewals
  • Identify and address renewal risk and product adoption roadblocks
  • Monitor client usage data and health indicators
  • Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure SLA/KPI delivery
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product enhancements
