Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in People Technology or HRIS management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Advanced Workday expertise (core HCM and at least one functional area).
  • Experience building integrations, automations, and AI-assisted workflows using iPaaS (e.g., Workato).
  • Experience designing and deploying agentic workflows.
  • Proven track record of leading system implementations and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HR data, people processes, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA).

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and priorities of the People technology ecosystem.
  • Partner with People and Operations leaders to streamline and redesign workflows.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Lead and develop the People Technology team.
  • Develop and manage projects across the People technology portfolio.
  • Own the configuration, performance, and integrity of People technology systems.
  • Maintain compliance with global privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
  • Serve as a thought partner to People, IT, Finance, and cross-functional leadership.
