Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in People Technology or HRIS management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Advanced Workday expertise (core HCM and at least one functional area).
- Experience building integrations, automations, and AI-assisted workflows using iPaaS (e.g., Workato).
- Experience designing and deploying agentic workflows.
- Proven track record of leading system implementations and cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR data, people processes, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and priorities of the People technology ecosystem.
- Partner with People and Operations leaders to streamline and redesign workflows.
- Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
- Lead and develop the People Technology team.
- Develop and manage projects across the People technology portfolio.
- Own the configuration, performance, and integrity of People technology systems.
- Maintain compliance with global privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
- Serve as a thought partner to People, IT, Finance, and cross-functional leadership.
