Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, program management, or delivery in technical/service desk environments.
- Experience managing other project managers and teams of 6-15 ICs across multiple concurrent projects.
- Background in consulting, agency, or client-services environment.
- Ability to execute tactical plans for multiple workstreams.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members.
- Experience with strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices (cloud-native, CI/CD, Agile).
- GCP familiarity preferred.
- Working knowledge of Project Management, Product Management, and Experience Design methodologies.
- Awareness of AI-assisted development and design workflows.
- High-empathy leadership with experience delivering constructive feedback.
- Hands-on experience with resource allocation and capacity planning data.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior delivery point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Lead scope change and change order negotiations.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for the Account Leadership Team.
- Oversee delivery performance, risk management, and resource allocation across squads.
- Define and enforce delivery standards and methodology expectations.
- Lead new client onboarding and transition into the Managed Services model.
- Manage squad-level P&L including hours, utilization, and margin performance.
- Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and ensure consistent delivery standards.
