Requirements
- 8+ years in product management.
- 3+ years experience focused on AI/ML products in production.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered features end-to-end.
- Experience managing or mentoring AI or data engineers.
- Strong technical fluency in API docs, model evaluation, and ML collaboration.
- Strong data engineering fluency (pipelines, schemas, data quality).
- Experience with LLM-based systems (prompt design, RAG, document intelligence).
- Track record of shipping AI features quickly.
- Proficiency in writing product specs and presenting to leadership.
- Proven cross-functional management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define AI product strategy and roadmap.
- Directly manage and develop AI and data engineers.
- Drive deep integration of AI into the mortgage POS.
- Coordinate cross-functional design and shipping of production AI systems.
- Maintain peer relationships with Product, Engineering, and CX teams.
- Evaluate third-party vendors and AI models.
- Manage AI feature intake, prioritization, and delivery.
