Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of closing new logo deals.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex deals valued at $100K+ ARR/NRR.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within process manufacturing, food and beverage, or regulated industries.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation, qualification, and enterprise deal closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities at executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development efforts targeting enterprise-level organizations, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue objectives and growth targets across assigned accounts.
  • Engage with senior executives and decision-makers to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions effectively.
  • Manage complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade associations, and client meetings to strengthen market visibility.
  • Track pipeline activity, competitor insights, and forecasting data using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
