Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an agency, media production company, or content-focused environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and guests daily
- Minimum B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to move work forward independently
- Creative initiative and passion for content, media production, or technology-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Manage podcast episode workflows from initial guest outreach through final publication and distribution
- Communicate with guests and clients, handling questions, scheduling, and participation coordination
- Prepare episode materials including briefing documents, interview questions, and supporting content
- Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and video producers to develop episode assets and collateral
- Upload and distribute podcast episodes across platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and client-owned channels
- Ensure content is correctly published on client websites and other relevant digital platforms
- Maintain organization across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
