Requirements
- Undergraduate university degree (Bachelor or Honors Bachelor) with 10+ years of related experience; OR College diploma/degree with 15+ years of related experience.
- Deep experience in full-service project management leadership.
- Proven experience coaching and leading teams with an excellence mindset.
- Significant financial resource management experience including budget setting, expenditure, and reconciliation.
- Experience in clinical trial delivery.
- Strategic planning and process optimization expertise.
- Financial and regulatory risk management experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in operational planning to identify and advocate for functional area goals.
- Oversee project development, resource allocation, and troubleshooting with Sponsors and functional Directors.
- Manage departmental staffing and utilization targets.
- Mentor and manage Clinical Project Operations staff, including performance management and training.
- Represent project operations at client meetings and business development bid defenses.
- Collaborate on quality oversight to ensure regulatory and industry standard compliance.
- Manage departmental budget planning, operational reviews, and financial risk monitoring.
- Prepare budgets and proposal text for RFPs and statements of work.
- Oversee change order development for full-service projects.
