Requirements
- Bring 12+ years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Have 8 years of demonstrated clinical project management skills and competency, including staff management.
- Have experience managing global Rheumatology drug development programs.
- Hold a university or college degree, preferably in life sciences, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, including effective delegation and prioritization of own and project team members' workloads.
- Have sound planning and organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Bring proven financial analytical skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong marketing and negotiation skills.
- Have experience creating and implementing new processes.
- Be available for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and be accountable for the successful conduct of assigned projects.
- Recruit, train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for personnel.
- Work with business and senior management on new-business strategy and acquisition.
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
- Take responsibility for alliance partnerships.
- Perform Sub-TA Head responsibilities.
