Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Basic to intermediate experience using data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and contribute to client interactions.
  • Client-facing experience is a plus, with an understanding of relationship management and professional communication.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop expertise in performance marketing and digital strategy.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution, optimization, and ongoing management of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools using data visualization platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery, strong QA processes, and effective task management.
  • Contribute to client communication by preparing updates, participating in meetings, and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and performance.
  • Work closely with senior team members to implement optimization strategies across paid media channels such as Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Participate in continuous learning initiatives, sharing insights and improving expertise in performance marketing tools and methodologies.
