Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Experience with CRM contact organization, tagging, and campaign list management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify original branding and campaign opportunities.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, take initiative, and work autonomously when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, habits, trends, and new branding opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Prepare email marketing plans for targeted audience groups.
  • Plan and support LinkedIn campaigns aimed at specific B2B audiences, including prefabrication manufacturers.
  • Import, organize, and tag contacts and lists in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales to strengthen marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and improve future strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and support the production of marketing materials.
