Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree or relevant certification (HCCP, RAC) preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in life sciences commercial compliance, medical/commercial ops, transparency, or HCP/HCO engagement.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and global laws/industry codes (e.g., OIG, PhRMA, AdvaMed, EFPIA, Sunshine Act).
- Experience in customer-facing or advisory role.
- Familiarity with compliance technologies (CRM, transparency reporting, engagement management).
- Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain deep expertise in U.S. and global life sciences compliance requirements.
- Serve as primary compliance advisor for customers on regulatory interpretation and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure SE product alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Support Sales team during demos, RFPs, and prospect discussions.
- Design and deliver internal training programs and playbooks.
- Build long-term relationships with customers as a strategic advisor.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and webinars.
- Develop thought-leadership content including whitepapers and presentations.
