Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Contract Management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or managed services.
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and governance meetings.
  • Ability to interpret contractual obligations and coordinate operational execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding scope management, change requests, and financial impacts.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary business relationship and contract management lead for strategic customer engagements.
  • Facilitate customer governance forums including executive business reviews and steering committee sessions.
  • Manage contract administration, including obligations, renewals, milestones, and scope adjustments.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve delivery risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer commitments and operational handoffs.
  • Maintain documentation for governance, decisions, risks, and contractual commitments.
