Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Contract Management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or managed services.
- Experience managing executive customer relationships and governance meetings.
- Ability to interpret contractual obligations and coordinate operational execution.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding scope management, change requests, and financial impacts.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary business relationship and contract management lead for strategic customer engagements.
- Facilitate customer governance forums including executive business reviews and steering committee sessions.
- Manage contract administration, including obligations, renewals, milestones, and scope adjustments.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve delivery risks, issues, and blockers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer commitments and operational handoffs.
- Maintain documentation for governance, decisions, risks, and contractual commitments.
