Requirements

- 8+ years leading enterprise-level engagements.
- Proven experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments.
- Background in digital commerce or large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify Plus.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and project governance.
- Ability to communicate technical architecture (HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, Git).
- Leadership skills in building, mentoring, and scaling teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery operations across multiple enterprise engagements.
- Oversee project performance, quality assurance, budget adherence, and milestone achievement.
- Ensure consistent application of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex delivery issues.
- Lead workforce planning, staffing, and resourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, estimation, and operations on proposals, SOWs, and change orders.
- Drive organizational alignment on best practices, architectural standards, and delivery governance.
- Provide strategic oversight for client engagements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across delivery, engineering, and client services.
