Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related; PhD in AI/ML preferred.
- 15+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, and generative AI.
- Expertise in backend systems and distributed architecture.
- Proficiency in Python; experience in C#, C++, Go, or Rust is a plus.
- Extensive experience with agent frameworks and stateful orchestration.
- Cloud-native development and MLOps pipeline experience (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Experience integrating RLHF, RAG, and vector databases.
- Ability to mentor and influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent, autonomous systems that enhance customer experience.
- Prototype and scale agentic AI frameworks and models for production deployment.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and research to identify high-impact use cases.
- Architect AI foundations including LLMs, orchestration, and vector databases.
- Establish performance, observability, and scalability standards for AI systems.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical innovation.
- Stay current with agentic AI research to deliver adaptive fintech experiences.
