Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or related technical fields
- Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, Rust, or C++
- Deep expertise designing and operating identity systems, including authentication services, authorization frameworks, identity federation, and access control models
- Strong understanding of identity protocols and standards such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM
- Experience building or operating enterprise AI governance platforms, policy engines, or compliance-focused control planes
- Proven background in cloud-native technologies and distributed systems, including Kubernetes, Azure, AKS, or similar environments
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI-driven architectures, agentic systems, or AI APIs
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and commitment to engineering excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and evolution of large-scale identity and AI governance systems, ensuring high standards of security, scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Drive technical strategy and influence system design decisions across authentication, authorization, identity federation, and enterprise governance services.
- Partner with Security, AI, Platform, and Product teams to align technical solutions with long-term business and platform objectives.
- Establish engineering best practices for maintainability, testing, observability, deployment safety, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers through architecture reviews, code quality initiatives, and technical leadership development.
- Develop frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks across complex distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
- Lead performance optimization, deployment governance, and incident resolution efforts for Tier-0 infrastructure services operating at massive scale.
- Utilize data analytics and engineering metrics to continuously improve platform quality, developer productivity, and system performance.
