Requirements

- Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with animated media, motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology is desirable.
- Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversees note taking during internal and client-facing meetings and sends recaps.
- Coordinates project resources by developing and owning strategic operational plans, creative briefs, and project plans.
- Implements client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into delivery milestones and submissions.
- Works in close partnership with Project Managers to ensure smooth production processes.
- Serves as the day-to-day client contact while building relationships.
- Supports new business acquisition and writes proposals/SOWs.
- Drives the creation of billable job codes and assists with revenue recognition and budget tracking.
- Models essential job functions for junior staff and assists with onboarding/training.
