Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with animated media, motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology is desirable.
Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversees note taking during internal and client-facing meetings and sends recaps.
Coordinates project resources by developing and owning strategic operational plans, creative briefs, and project plans.
Implements client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into delivery milestones and submissions.
Works in close partnership with Project Managers to ensure smooth production processes.
Serves as the day-to-day client contact while building relationships.
Supports new business acquisition and writes proposals/SOWs.
Drives the creation of billable job codes and assists with revenue recognition and budget tracking.
Models essential job functions for junior staff and assists with onboarding/training.
