Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, insurance, or SNAP.
- Proven ability to lead high quality product development using an agile methodology.
- Proven ability to interpret user research, usability testing, and data analytics.
- Strong product judgment and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Experience writing effective product strategy documents and specs.
- Ability to forecast, plan, and connect short-term progress with long-term vision.
- Ability to drive alignment across portfolio teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and execution for a program area.
- Partner with program managers to align strategy with project goals.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in testing and developing solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design leads to refine product processes.
- Identify and mitigate product risks.
- Use user research and data analytics to validate product decisions.
