Requirements
- 3–5 years in GTM Engineer, RevOps engineer, Salesforce developer, or sales systems role.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Comfortable writing Python and working directly against REST APIs.
- Deep Salesforce fluency: data model, flows, custom fields/objects, reports.
- Experience activating signals from product usage (Mixpanel) and intent sources (ZoomInfo, RevenueBase).
- Knowledge of outbound tooling (Amplemarket, Salesloft) and call intelligence (Gong).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT).
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales workflows.
Responsibilities
- Connect the GTM Tech Stack by routing product signals and activating them in outreach tools.
- Define the signal library for products, cross-sell, and growth.
- Own funnel workflows end-to-end including lead routing and prioritization.
- Build post-sale handoff systems for AE to CSM transitions.
- Ship in-Salesforce experiences like custom views and notifications for reps.
- Build automations using a mix of code and tools like Zapier.
- Maintain and automate key reporting infrastructure.
- Use AI tools to compress reporting and analysis cycles.
