Requirements
- Strong experience as a Functional Business Analyst within the Banking domain.
- Hands-on experience in Corporate Banking and Trade Finance projects.
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking modules including Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Financing.
- Experience working on Core Banking platforms, preferably Temenos T24.
- Proven expertise in Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) for complex business processes.
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities within structured QA/TCOE environments.
- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Practical experience in process documentation, process re-engineering, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Visio, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking applications and transformation projects.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with business users, technology teams, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, SIT, UAT, and production rollout.
- Analyze existing banking processes and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement clarification sessions.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable functional solutions.
- Collaborate within Agile and DevOps delivery environments using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and visualization activities where required.
