Experience: 5-7 years

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in the field of XML and structured documentation
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
Strong verbal and writing skills
Experience in XML technologies, such as Xpath, XSLT, XSD, Xquery, XProc
Strong knowledge of DITA
Familiarity with XML authoring tools and CCMS technologies
Knowledge of publishing technologies and portals
Experience with Fluid Topics is a plus

Responsibilities

Define functional and technical architectures
Facilitate workshops and produce technical reports
Write clear and detailed general and user stories
Contribute to pricing, solution proposals, demos, blogs, and webinars
Provide hands-on support and knowledge transfer to clients
Monitor project progress by sharing technical expertise
Supervise teams and manage configurations
