Requirements
- 8–12+ years of project management experience within IT services, managed services (MSP), or consulting environments
- Proven experience managing client-facing technical projects involving infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft technologies
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
- Experience with Active Directory and endpoint management
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different clients and priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience coordinating engineering teams
- Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
- PMP certification preferred; Agile certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technical projects, including cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and network deployments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner closely with engineering teams to plan, schedule, and execute project work
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources across Remote Support, Systems, Security, and Field Services teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early
- Ensure all project work is properly documented
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely delivery
