Requirements
- 10+ years leading global teams in multi-DC, mission-critical production environments.
- 10+ years experience with modern DC networking (OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, Cisco Nexus, NX-OS).
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments with GCP workloads.
- Proven success with network automation and IaC (Ansible, Terraform, Python, Git, CI/CD).
- Experience modernizing legacy networks with config management and drift detection.
- In-depth knowledge of network observability (Thousand Eyes, Grafana, Loki, Netflow, Netscout).
- Experience supporting Kubernetes, AI, and GPU workloads.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and rebuild the network function and team.
- Stabilize urgent production network work.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for network-as-code and automation.
- Manage personnel evaluation, upskilling, and hiring.
- Partner across infrastructure, software engineering, security, and SRE organizations.
- Drive modernization including drift control and policy-based operations.
- Mentor senior technical leaders.
