Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
  • Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review.
  • Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup.
  • Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
