Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
- Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review.
- Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup.
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers.
- Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
