Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes
- Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Visio
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation workflows and technical solutions
- Configure automation solutions supporting operational processes
- Automate report generation and distribution workflows
- Integrate program data sources and reporting systems
- Implement technical capabilities for release, governance, and incident automation
- Create reusable automation assets, templates, and technical components
- Test, refine, and maintain automation solutions
