Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or starting a startup.
- Senior IC ownership in a regulated identity, accounts, or brokerage domain.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of an accounts-shaped surface at production scale.
- Direct experience navigating US accounts/identity regulatory frameworks (FINRA KYC/AML, FATCA, IRS entity rules, OFAC).
- Track record of setting and executing an area-level roadmap across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior product owner and mentor.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience analyzing data using SQL and a BI tool.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the entire accounts area.
- Personally execute across multiple in-flight lanes in parallel.
- Rationalize how we expose account APIs and internal systems.
- Drive build-vs-buy, partner-vs-direct, and onshore-vs-offshore tradeoffs.
- Partner with engineering, broker-dealer operations, compliance, legal, and sales.
- Lead discovery with partners and prospects.
- Shape pricing and packaging inputs.
- Support global expansion of account capabilities.
- Define and monitor adoption across accounts.
- Raise the standard of work shipped across the accounts area.
