Requirements
- 7-10+ years of transfer pricing experience
- Graduate degree, JD/CPA, or equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge of international transfer pricing regulations and documentation
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- Familiarity with various ERP systems
- Proven experience with data analytics, financial analysis, and modeling
- Experience with AI tools to improve efficiency
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review the global transfer pricing compliance process
- Oversee and review transfer pricing local file reports, disclosure forms, and CbC reporting
- Direct the drafting and management of the global intercompany agreement portfolio
- Drive the transfer pricing strategy and advise on planning for business expansion
- Lead the tax forecasting process from a transfer pricing perspective
- Oversee financial and economic analyses and valuation models
- Direct functional interviews to document global subsidiary interactions
- Direct the identification and mitigation of transfer pricing risks
- Manage and lead global tax audits and controversy defense
- Mentor, train, and manage internal tax professionals
