- Previous travel industry experience
- Prior experience in a qualified project management role
- Experience with project management software
- Proven success in leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations
- Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and oral English
Responsibilities
- Plan projects according to the defined scope
- Leverage regional and local resources to support projects
- Coordinate local, regional, and global projects with a broad scope of multi-national countries
- Apply project management methodologies, tools, and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma)
- Facilitate effective and constant communication with internal and external project participants
- Drive decision-making and escalation for assigned projects
